Sadhu Board Oh! Sadhu is a powerful tool for self-development and health maintenance. Our Sadhu Boards for meditation are made from natural 100% wood (not plywood) and are durable and comfortable to use. 

The galvanized nails in the Sadhu boards are arranged in the shape of the Flower of Life - a symbol of spiritual development, metamorphosis, and awakening consciousness. 

The step between the nails is 10 mm. Sadhu boards with 1 cm nail spacing are ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners. 

Handmade: It takes 3 to 5 days of scrupulous work to produce one pair of Sadhu boards. Each pair of Sadhu boards contains around 800 calibrated and hand-set galvanized nails.

Set included: 2 Sadhu boards, a gift box, a storage case, instructions, and aroma sticks.

Eco materials: Natural ash, galvanized nails.
