Exchanges

To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.
EU – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery of the last item on the order, without providing a reason. If the 14-day period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
