Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
